Born in 1978. 
M.A. in composition at the Tokyo College of Music with Akira Nishimura, Shin'ichiro Ikebe and Joji Yuasa.

He has won prizes including The Music Competition of Japan (composition for symphony orchestra), Academy Awards of Bandmasters Academic Society of Japan (for Original Music Score), Composition Award of Japan Band Directors Association. Recent commissions include works for the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra, the Siena Wind Orchestra, and the Central Band of Japan Ground Self Defense Force.

Currently teaching at Tokyo Collage of Music as a professor. A lecturer of Kunitachi College of Music and Nihon University College of Art. An executive director of Japan Band Clinic Committee. A director of Bandmasters Academic Society of Japan, A Researcher of Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra.

He also takes charge of the chairperson of the radio programs for the band music in NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation).
