In 2007，I wrote this small piece at the request of the conductor Kazuki Yamada to be an encore piece. In reply to the flutist Morio Kitagawa who said that the most fascinating sound of the flute is the C sharp and that it really can produce various expressions of sound，this piece of music starts with a long tone of the C sharp (which generally is seen as unstable). Later on，this work of music was dedicated to Mr.Kitagawa.
