Description
This work was inspired by the varied facets of the Japanese seasons. The colours，the breeze and the many other varied manifestations of the seasons in the places in Japan that I have visited in the past lie at the root of the creative ideas underlying the work.
With recourse to such inspiration，I searched for sounds that would reveal the ‘consonance’ between the musicality of the two players，the individual themes and the separate movements.
