MIRROR OF STARS，for Piano Solo（1992）

Composed in 1992. This piece is tried to give an aura of reverberation like a ripple of water to individual note of the melody line through an effect of echo provided by the sostenuto pedal。 It is the mirror of stars which are twinkling cold in the distance of the sky，and is an image which is calm，but involving an obsessional anxiety reflected in the mirror. When the player wish to use the right pedal，he may use it at anywhere non designated places.
