INITIAL S，pour saxophone alto solo（2010）

There are some words which inspired me to write this work. They can be cited as follows. The harmonies dominating the whole piece are symmetrically structured centering around E flat (Es). There are two main types of figures in this piece. One is an impressive figure with color trill based on syncopation. The other is an illusory spiral scale including quarter-tones. The music develops with the two figures bringing about saturation and with short silences suddenly inserted.
