MOMENT DE RESONANCE，for Trumpet and Trombone（2007）

"Moment de r?sonance" is the continuation of my "space series" as "Espace/Resonance" (harp，vln，vla，db，1992)，"EspaceNision" (hn，tpt，1996)，"Space of Reality" (2ft，2005)，and this new composition is written under the theme of what the resonance should be. The resonance is a physical phenomenon，but the humans recognize it sensuously. It is ambiguous whether there is a difference between them or not.
It is characteristic that this work consists of five movements with each level of difficulty. They are performed continuously at this premiere，but actually，each one is an independent piece. And it can be chosen depending on performer's situation such as easy/high level of technique，duo/solo etc. In this good opportunity of commission by Zen-On Music，I let the concept of composition reflect my wish for a further flow of publishing to re-performing for the first time. But I tried not to loosen my awareness of developing musical usage and expression，while keeping this concept.
