Makoto Goto
Makoto Goto was born in 1953. He graduated from the Department of Composition in the Music Faculty of Tokyo University of the Arts and obtained Master’s degree at the same university. He has served as a professor at Joetsu University of Education graduate school until March 2018. Currently, he is a professor emeritus at the university.
